Important Notice: Due to the digital nature of our landscape design courses and immediate access to course materials upon purchase, all sales are final and non-refundable. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. No Refund Policy
Landscape Learning Hub operates a strict no-refund policy for all course purchases. Once you complete your purchase and gain access to course materials, you are not eligible for a refund under any circumstances. This policy applies to:

- Course bundles and package deals

- Gift purchases
2. Reasons for No-Refund Policy
Our no-refund policy exists because:
- Immediate Access: You receive immediate, full access to all course materials upon purchase
- Digital Products: Courses are digital products that cannot be "returned" once accessed

- Downloadable Content: Many course materials can be downloaded and retained even after account closure

4. Exceptions to No-Refund Policy
The only circumstances under which we may consider a refund or course credit are:
4.1 Technical Issues
If you experience technical problems that prevent you from accessing course materials and we are unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe, we may offer:
- Extended access to compensate for downtime
- Alternative access methods
- In rare cases, a refund or course credit at our sole discretion
Requirements: You must report technical issues within 7 days of purchase and cooperate with our technical support team to troubleshoot the problem.
4.2 Duplicate Purchases
If you accidentally purchase the same course twice, we will refund the duplicate purchase provided:
- You contact us within 48 hours of the duplicate purchase
- You have not accessed the duplicate course materials
- You can provide proof of the duplicate transaction
4.3 Billing Errors
If you are charged incorrectly due to a system error or processing mistake, we will promptly issue a refund for the incorrect amount. You must notify us within 14 days of the charge.
4.4 Course Cancellation by Us
If we cancel or permanently remove a course you purchased, you will receive either:
- A full refund of your purchase price
- Credit toward another course of equal or greater value
- Continued access to archived course materials, if available
5. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will NOT be issued for the following reasons:
- Change of mind or buyer's remorse
- Failure to use or complete the course
- Dissatisfaction with course content, teaching style, or outcomes
- Lack of time to complete the course
- Finding similar content elsewhere or at a lower price
- Not achieving expected results or career outcomes
- Personal circumstances or emergencies
- Technical issues with your personal devices or internet connection
- Failure to meet prerequisites or skill level expectations
- Misunderstanding of course content or requirements
6. Course Satisfaction Commitment
While we cannot offer refunds, we are committed to your satisfaction and success:
- Quality Assurance: All courses are developed by experienced professionals and regularly updated
- Support Access: You can contact our support team with questions about course content
- Lifetime Access: Take courses at your own pace without time pressure
- Regular Updates: Benefit from content updates and improvements included with your purchase

7. Requesting an Exception
If you believe you qualify for one of the limited exceptions to our no-refund policy, please contact us within the specified timeframes with:

All refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to make final decisions regarding refund eligibility.
8. Refund Processing
If a refund is approved under exceptional circumstances:
- Refunds will be processed within 10-14 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- You will lose immediate access to all course materials
- Downloaded materials must be deleted
- Any certificates earned will be revoked
- Processing fees and transaction costs may be deducted from the refund amount
9. Chargebacks and Disputes
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us is considered a violation of our Terms and Conditions. If you file a chargeback:
- Your account will be immediately suspended
- You will lose access to all purchased courses
- We reserve the right to pursue legal action to recover costs and damages
- You may be permanently banned from future purchases
Please contact us first to resolve any billing or purchase issues before initiating a payment dispute.
10. Promotional Offers and Discounts
- Course prices are subject to change at any time
- We do not provide refunds or credits if a course goes on sale after your purchase
- Promotional codes and discounts cannot be applied retroactively
- Special offers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated
11. Gift Purchases
Courses purchased as gifts are subject to the same no-refund policy. The gift recipient may not request a refund once they have accessed the course materials. If the recipient has not yet redeemed their gift, the purchaser may contact us within 14 days to cancel the gift and receive a refund.
